General conditions
Sunop media, s.r.o. (seller) with registered office at Huppnerova 16100 00 Prague 6, identification number: 13990977, delivers goods based on a telephone order (phone 770696000) or from an online internet order (at www.casnajidlo.cz). The wording of the terms and conditions may be changed or supplemented by the seller. This provision does not affect the rights and obligations arising during the effective period of the previous version of the terms and conditions.

- According to Act No. 136/2011 Coll., on the circulation of banknotes and coins, which regulates, among other things, the issue of damaged banknotes and coins. The aforementioned law allows the refusal to accept a banknote or coin that is damaged, regardless of whether the damage is ordinary or non-standard.
Orders

- Based on the delivery address entered on the website www.casnajidlo.cz, the buyer can access their user interface. You will immediately be able to order our products from your user interface.
- When entering the delivery address on the website and when ordering goods, the buyer is obliged to enter all data correctly and truthfully. The buyer is obliged to update the data specified in the user account in case of any change. - The buyer acknowledges that the user account may not be available 24/7, especially with regard to necessary hardware and software maintenance.

- After receiving either a telephone or internet order, the ordered goods will be dispatched as soon as possible, unless otherwise specified by the ordering party. Transportation and delivery conditions

- All accepted orders are binding for both the seller and the buyer. The seller has the right to reject the order if the buyer repeatedly fails to fulfill his obligation to collect the goods and pay the purchase price.
- The seller reserves the right that some additional assortment may be temporarily sold out, in such cases the buyer will be offered another alternative. The buyer is obliged to collect the ordered goods and pay the total price for them. The seller undertakes to deliver the ordered goods to the address specified in the order as soon as possible.
- We do not sell alcohol and cigarettes to persons under the age of 18. Non-alcoholic, alcoholic drinks and cigarettes are not sold separately, we only deliver them with the ordered food with a minimum value of the minimum order.
- All prices listed on our website and printed materials are inclusive of VAT, packaging and import within the scope of the delivery map. Sunop Media, s.r.o. reserves the right to have an up-to-date offer of products, prices and promotions at www.casnajidlo.cz and to change it at its own discretion.
- Meals are intended for quick consumption. The weights listed for the meals are listed in the raw state.
- Sunop Media, s.r.o. delivers its specialties using only fresh ingredients and properly trained and trained personnel, however, if it happens that the goods do not correspond to the specified quality or do not correspond to the order, the customer is entitled to exchange the goods. We recommend the customer to check the order when receiving the order, whether it corresponds to his order.
- The entire assortment is transported in hygienically safe thermal boxes.
Delivery

- Sunop Media, s.r.o. reserves the right not to deliver products to locations outside the delivery plan (www.casnajidlo.cz/mapa-rozvozu/) and sets the minimum order amount for two zones from the delivery plan.
- You can pay for the services provided by our company in cash, with a payment card or meal vouchers ticket restaurant, sodexo, check dejeuner. Sunop Media, s.r.o. hereby reserves the right not to issue meal vouchers up to the remaining value. Payments in Czech currency and euros are accepted.
- Discounts for regular customers: After the customer’s fifth order, a permanent discount of 5% is automatically generated, and after the tenth order – a discount of 10%. The discount is identified with the customer’s phone number. Promotions are invalid when ordering through companies that mediate delivery and others from which the customer can order our products!
Complaints procedure

- Sunop Media, s.r.o. has staff who have been properly trained and educated. However, if there are situations where the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the given order, he is obliged to immediately call the hotline 770696000 and Our operator will properly discuss the complaint with the customer and then propose a solution to the situation.
- Complaints about goods apply only to goods purchased on that day. We deal with each complaint individually. Requested complaints from previous days will not be granted to the customer.
- We handle complaints on the telephone line 770696000 during opening hours. We will respond to complaints, claims, comments and others that we receive at the company email order@grill24.cz as soon as possible. However, it may take up to several days to receive a response from the “info” email.
- If the customer discovers during the inspection of the goods that his ordered meal is missing a supplement he ordered, the driver (delivery man) does not have to pay for it. If he discovers this at home, he should immediately call 770696000.
- In order to process a claim for delivered goods, it is necessary to report the number of the receipt (receipt) and the address where the order was delivered.
- Complained goods cannot be exchanged or refunded if the customer does not present a receipt.
- It is in the customer’s interest to check the correctness of the order when accepting the order. If the situation arises that the customer receives a different product than he ordered and does not want it, the correct order will be delivered to him as soon as possible.
- If the customer is not satisfied with the order in any way, whether due to the quality, temperature, content of the order or any other reason, he must immediately contact our hotline 770696000. If the complaint is justified, the customer will be offered an exchange of goods. The new order will be delivered to the customer as soon as possible.
- It is in the customer’s interest to immediately recalculate the refund from the delivery company. Later complaints will not be taken into account.
Personal data protection

- The buyer agrees that the seller may make his personal data obtained in connection with the registration, i.e. the data specified in the order form or the data communicated on the phone 770696000 during the order, available to third parties, namely cooperating persons (deliverymen, operators), all of this while respecting applicable legal regulations, especially Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on personal data protection as amended.
- The buyer agrees that the seller will store his personal data obtained in connection with the contractual relationship and registration, i.e. the data specified in the registration and order system or telephone order. The buyer can withdraw his consent to the storage and processing of personal data at any time by sending an email to order@grill24.cz or by notifying the seller by phone at 770696000.
- On the basis of the delivery address entered on the website www.casnajidlo.cz or the contact data provided when ordering by phone 770696000, the Buyer may be contacted by the Seller for the purpose of providing information about products, services or news, via e-mail or SMS communication.
- The Buyer may revoke his consent to the sending of business communications at any time by sending an email to order@grill24.cz or by notifying the Seller of this fact by phone at 770696000.
Final Provisions
- These General Terms and Conditions become effective on the day they are published on the Seller’s website www.casnajidlo.cz.
